Nest Capital is a private debt fund manager active in the Nordic region. Nest Capital advises two private debt funds with total commitments of c. €200 million.
Investors in the funds include Nordic and European insurance companies, pension funds and other institutional investors as well as family offices.

Strategy.
The funds provide private debt, mainly in the form of unitranche and mezzanine, to small and medium-sized companies across the Nordic countries. The funds’ investments support leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions and expansion projects as well as refinancings and recapitalisations. The funds do not target any specific industries and investment amounts generally range from €5 million to €20 million.
